Chris is the founder of Outcast K9 Training LLC. He started showing Australian Shepherds and German Shepherds with his wife, Sheri in 2013. Together, they have had dogs place in the Top Ten for UKC receiving invitations to show at Premier located in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
June 2020, Chris decided to become a full-time dog trainer. Since then, Chris has concentrated on the dog sports world competing in WDA, IGP and ASDA.
Chris is the Vice President of the American Street Dog Association, his roles include developing exercises to challenge both dog and owner in obedience and controlled protection during everyday life scenarios, Chris also Judges and Decoys for these events. Chris is the Head Director of Training for the Southeast region. He is an AKC evaluator for S.T.A.R puppy, CGC, CGCA, CGCU and Trick Dog.
Chris works with several local dog rescues and shelters, in support of his community. He is dedicated to ensuring all dogs have the opportunity of a forever home. He has done seminars for local Boy Scott Troops and Veterinarians ensuring their staff was capable of handling their client's dog safely.
